Dr. Kerrie Sanders
Dr. Kerrie came to The Cat Doctors from Oklahoma, where she received both her undergraduate (2004) and veterinary education (2008). Although she's always had cats in her life, it was during vet school that she realized how extraordinarily unique the feline patient was. Dr. Kerrie especially enjoys the challenges of senior cat care. Outside of work she likes trying her hand at vegetarian cooking, attending concerts, reading, jogging, skiing, taking her dogs to the park, and of course learning about all things feline.

Jen Lang, LVT
Jen graduated from Medaille College in 2007 with a degree in Veterinary Technology. After graduation, she worked full-time for two years at Cornell University Hospital for Animals. She specialized as an Intermediate Care Nurse and occasionally assisted in the Intensive Care Unit.
Jen recently decided to give private practice a try, and has been a part of The Cat Doctors since April 2010. She enjoys the serene atmosphere of feline-only practice and giving lots of TLC to the patients. Thankfully, she still is able to fulfill her need for an adrenaline rush by working weekends at Greater Buffalo Veterinary Emergency Center!
She has 3 cats: Lazlo (an orange tiger), Bubba Licious (a Siberian cat) and Daphnie (a Persian). In her free time, she enjoys fishing, spending time with her animals, horseback riding, hanging out at the lake and watching movies (the scarier the better!).
Trish Febrey
Trish has been involved in animal rescue and rehabilitation for many years, including shelter work for 4 years. This includes foster care and hospice care for sick, disabled or senior pets.
Trish is also involved in animal activism, especially concerning the rights of shelter dogs. Trish enjoys hiking with her dogs and restoring old bicycles. Trish is certified in Dangerous Reptile handling and pet first aid.
Joyce Schneider
Joyce has been with The Cat Doctors since 2004. Before joining The Cat Doctors, she worked as an administrative assistant in the corporate headquarters of a large Long Island corporation and also worked with patients in a hospital and nursing home environment. She has always loved animals and did volunteer work for a rescue group called Last Hope on Long Island. At the moment, Joyce has five "kids": one dog (Sammy) and four cats (Bella, Ozzy, Cosmo and K.C.), all of whom have been adopted from shelters or rescue groups.
Samantha Beardsley
Samantha joined the cat doctors in October of 2008. She has a strong background in customer service along with a lifelong love for all cats. She is currently pursuing a degree in Business at Monroe Community College and also enjoys continuing her education regarding felines both for hospital and personal use. Samantha is the proud mother of her first baby girl kitten born June of 2007. She also considers herself very fortunate to have joined what in her mind is the best practice she could be at in the Rochester area again both for personal and professional reasons. "I would not trust my cat in anyone else's care."
Teresa Shippers
Teresa joined the cat doctors in February of 2010. She has worked for several Veterinary Clinics in Wayne County. Teresa is very much an animal lover, having owned cats, dogs, horses and even a goat and rabbit. Teresa has worked in human hospitals for several years in Medical Records and patient financial services. In her spare time, Teresa enjoys spending time with her daughter, son, two stepsons and seven wonderful grandchildren.
